Samsung SMT SM320 is a small size, and a lightweight pick and place machine. Equipped with a full vision camera and with 6 placement heads, each with individual illumination allowing 6 totally different components to be aligned on the fly. Upward-looking camera allowing placement of components down to 0.4mm lead pitch.
