INFINITE™ MT-5200 Automatic control electric wave soldering furnace jigs cleaning machine is mainly used to clean the surface flux residuals from the wave
soldering furnace jigs and fixtures. This cleaning machine can also
be used to clean reflow soldering trays, filters, wave soldering
jaws, chains, mesh belts, etc. MT-5200 machine is composed of a
cleaning system, rinsing system, drying system, adding and draining
system, filtering system, control system, etc. PLC program control
makes the operation fully automated and only required one-time
loading to finish all the cleaning processes; batch cleaning,
automatic completion of water-based solution cleaning + water
rinsing + hot air drying, and other processes. After cleaning, the
fixture is already dry and can be put into use immediately.
Machine features:
1. Made from SUS304 full stainless steel structure, resistant to
corrosion by acid and alkali cleaning liquid.
2. Round cleaning basket with a diameter of 1000mm can accommodate
multiple fixtures at one time for batch cleaning.
3. The upper, lower, and front 3 sides for the cleaning basket are
sprayed and cleaned at the same time, and the carrier rotates in
the cleaning basket, full coverage, no blind spots, and dead ends.
4. Cleaning + rinsing double-station cleaning, cleaning, and
rinsing independent pipelines; ensure that the fixtures are clean,
dry, and odorless after cleaning.
5. The double-layer heat insulation design of the cleaning upper
cover prevents scalds and protects the safety of operators.
6. Precision filtration system, recycling use of cleaning liquid
and rinsing water to improve liquid use efficiency and life.
7. Automatic control of cleaning fluid, rinsing water addition, and
discharge functions.
8. All pipes, angle seat valves, motors, filter barrels, etc. that
are in contact with liquid are made of SUS304, and never use PVC or
PPH pipes. With long-term use, there will be no water leakage,
liquid leakage, and pipeline damage.
9. PLC control, one-key operation, and automatic liquid addition
and drainage function, the operation is very simple.
10. One-button operation, solution cleaning, tap water rinsing, and
hot air drying are completed at one time.
