MT-SD820 integrated online cleaning machine for semiconductor devices is a precision online cleaning system designed to clean large quantities of semiconductor devices. MT-SD820 cleaning machine is capable of removing flux and organic and ono-organic contaminants remaining after soldering of semiconductor devices. This machine is compatible for use with lead frame, CSP, Flip chip, SIP, IGBT, Micro LED, IC module, etc. MT-SD820 machine is a precision online cleaning machine with the capabilities of providing large-scale ultra-precision centralized cleaning and providing the best cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect. This machine uses a PLC control system, with a Chinese and English operation interface for ease to set up and programming.

7. Equipped with a rinse resistivity monitoring system to detect the ion concentration of rinse DI water.

8. Air knife wind cutting plus ultra-long infrared hot air circulation drying system

9. PLC control system, Chinese and English operation interface makes this machine easy to set up, change program, store new program, and designate the program.
