MT-5600 PCBA offline cleaning machine is an integrated offline cleaning machine with a compact structure, energy-saving, and environmental protection, batch cleaning. This machine can effectively clean residual flux and solder paste on the PCBA surface after SMT patch and THT plug-in soldering. Machine features:

1. Comprehensive cleaning, which can thoroughly clean the residual rosin flux, water-soluble flux, no-clean flux, solder paste, and other organic and inorganic contaminants on the PCB surface after soldering.
2. It is suitable for the cleaning of small batches and multiple varieties of PCBA. The double-layer cleaning basket can load PCBA in layers; the size is 610mm(L) x560mm(W) x100mm(H), a total of 2 layers.
3. The cleaning room is equipped with a visual window, and the cleaning process can be observed.
4. Simple Chinese operation interface, a rapid setting of cleaning process parameters, cleaning procedures can be stored; hierarchical management passwords can be set according to the administrator's authority.
5. The washing liquid heating temperature control system can be heated to a suitable temperature according to the chemical characteristics of the washing liquid, which improves the cleaning efficiency and shortens the cleaning time.
6. The built-in filter device can realize the circulation of the solution and reduce the amount of solution. The compressed air blowing method is adopted at the end of the cleaning: the residual liquid in the pipeline and pump is recovered, which can effectively save 50 % of the cleaning solution.
7. With real-time resistivity monitoring system, with a conductivity control range of 0~18MΩ.
8. Many times of DI water rinsing, high standards of cleanliness, ion pollution in line with IPC-610D Class I standards.
