Electric Stencil Cleaning Machine MT-2760

The MT-2760 stencil cleaning machine is a versatile and efficient solution designed for the thorough cleaning of various stencils and printed circuit boards (PCBs). It is primarily used to wash solder paste stencils, red glue stencils, red glue copper stencils, solder paste misprinted PCBs, squeegees, and PCBAs. This machine ensures that all these components are cleaned to the highest standards, maintaining their functionality and extending their lifespan.

The cleaning process of the MT-2760 involves several stages to ensure optimal results. It starts with an aqueous liquid wash, which effectively removes any residues and contaminants from the stencils and PCBs. This is followed by a DI (deionized) water rinse, which further cleans the components and removes any remaining impurities. Finally, the components undergo a hot air blow dry process, ensuring they are completely dry and ready for use.

One of the standout features of the MT-2760 is its specially designed cleaning mechanism. The machine is equipped with four fixed cleaning spray rods and four fixed air knives. These components work together to provide a stable and reliable cleaning performance. Additionally, the stencil moves back and forth during the cleaning process, ensuring that every part of the stencil is thoroughly cleaned. This design not only enhances the cleaning efficiency but also ensures that the machine delivers consistent and superior cleaning results every time.
